The Galley A galley is the kitchen aboard the Northern Star, laid out in an efficient typical style with longitudinal units and overhead cabinets of heavy wood and iron clasps. Situated with long communal tables and benches, this place is never quiet, whether it's the songs of sea being sung loud or the snoring of those drunkards left behind after a wild night.
